We're currently hiring a Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative (CSR) Combo to be the friendly, helpful face at the front of our hospital and an essential support behind the scenes. If you’re passionate about service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love animals, this is your chance to shine.

Your Role:

This is a blended position that offers both front desk and clinical support. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
  
• Answering texts and emails and booking appointments/filling prescriptions efficiently
  
• Assisting with patient intake, restraint, and treatments as needed
  
• Processing payments and reviewing treatment plans
  
• Maintaining organized, accurate records and a clean workspace
  
• Helping educate clients and supporting the veterinary team in daily operations
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service or veterinary assistance preferred
  
• Strong communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  
• Able to multitask/context switch and stay organized under pressure
  
• Confident working with animals and their owners
  
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with veterinary software systems
